A Constituinte na strategic perspective of Florestan Fernandes

Abstract

This article intends to rescue the perspective of the parliamentary intervention of Florestan Fernandes, showing his commitment in the class struggle and assuming a revolutionary position. For that, the whole of the political strategy contained in the interventions of this sociologist / parliamentarian / militant is analyzed, comparing it with its propositions in the constituent process. It is also intended to elaborate some questions about the actuality of the strategy contained in the perspective of Florestan Fernandes, at the moment in which change is discussed in different laws and even in the Constitution.
